－現貨商品 / 備貨時間約 2-3 天，將會安排出貨，不含假日及公眾假期。

－預購商品 / 需要時間約 7-14 天不等，到貨後會依訂單順序發貨。

另外，如收到錯誤包裹，或是商品數量錯誤，請收到包裹後立即向我們反應，退貨及重新寄出費用皆由 Artigianale 承擔。
