Delivery and Returns
Do you offer returns/exchanges?
Artigianale does not offer returns, so we recommend that you consider carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions about size, etc., please contact us before placing an order.
Exchanges: Artigianale accepts exchanges. If you need an exchange, please arrange a return within 3 days of receiving the product. The return and re-shipping costs are borne by the buyer. The buyer can choose the shipping logistics. Due to hygiene concerns, earrings cannot be exchanged. Please note
No returns or exchanges are available in Taiwan
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you receive the wrong package or the wrong quantity of goods, please report it to us immediately after receiving the package. The return and re-shipping costs will be borne by Artigianale
How to ship to Hong Kong?
All Hong Kong local orders are delivered by SF Express (with tracking code), cash on delivery, and the actual delivery time is subject to SF Express's operating guidelines
Free shipping with SF Express for purchases over HKD$1,000; orders below HKD$1,000 will be charged a HKD$25 shipping fee
- In-stock products / The preparation time is about 2-3 days. Once the arrangements are completed, they can be shipped. Holidays and public holidays are not included.
- Pre-ordered items/Handmade products take about 20-30 days to be delivered (no rush orders). After the goods arrive, they will be shipped in the order of the order.
After the product is shipped, you will be notified via email that the product has been shipped and the tracking number (if available) will be attached. You can track the waybill through the SF Express website or app
How to ship to Taiwan?
Shipping to Taiwan:
Free shipping with SF Express for orders over TWD$6,000. Orders below TWD$6,000 can choose (1) SF Express delivery, TWD$160 shipping fee; or (2) convenience store pickup, TWD$200 shipping fee.
Can customized products be returned?
Customized products are unique products made by designers according to your preferences and needs. In this case, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please ask more questions before placing an order.
Do you ship oversea?
We do ship overseas, however, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on international orders, shipping times may vary, and we are not liable for any duties or taxes incurred. Please contact us before placing an order.

How to maintain jewelry?
▴Do not wear jewelry when taking a hot spring bath and do not allow it to come into direct contact with perfume and chemical products.
▴Wipe the jewelry with a silver cloth or tissue paper.
▴Please wipe the jewelry thoroughly before storing to avoid residual sweat.
▴Put it in a bag or box and avoid contact with air to keep it beautiful.
▴Store jewelry individually to avoid scratches.
▴Do not wear your jewelry to spa and keep it away from direct contacts with perfumes and chemical products.
▴Wipe the jewelery with a cotton cloth or tissue paper
▴Dry the jewelry thoroughly before storage.
▴Keep it in a bag or case to avoid contact with air to maintain its beauty.
▴Store the jewelry individually to avoid scratching.
How to measure ring circumference?

What does 10K / 14K / 18K gold mean?
**K solid gold (material used by Artigianele fine jewelry)
Karat solid gold is a high-quality gold product made of pure gold mixed with other metal alloys. Its purity is usually expressed in thousandths (Karat).
Characteristics of K solid gold:
Purity guarantee: Karat solid gold is made of pure gold mixed with other metals, so it has a higher purity. Common Karat values include 18K, 14K, 10K, etc.
Strong durability: Since K solid gold is an alloy of gold and other metals, it is relatively strong and durable and suitable for daily wear.
Not easy to fade: Since K solid gold products contain a higher proportion of pure gold, they are not easy to oxidize or fade, maintain a bright luster, and are high-end jewelry materials.
Features of gold-plated or gold-filled:
Surface treatment: Gold plating is to cover the surface of an object with a thin layer of metal, which is usually more easily damaged.
Shorter service life: Since the gold layer of gold plating is thin, it may fade or wear after a period of use.
More economical price: Gold-plated and gold-wrapped products are relatively economical, but they may not be as durable and valuable as solid gold.
